My experience with this business is 75% negitive and 25% positive. The positives come from the sales, customer service, and installers desire to help the customer. My negitives come from the sloppy installation, poor clean up, and management follow up.
Complaining to customer service about the issue, the installers did return and attempted to rectify the problem. They tried hard but mostly moved the problem from one area to another.
The problem was exsessive residual grout grit, hays left on the floor, and poor follow up by management..
