Set up a regular cleaning service. I knew that I signed up for 1 year but was under the impression that we would review the agreement after another year. The services that are being done are being done poorly and after cleanings you wouldn't know that anyone did anything. I have expressed the concern once already in the past, but after seeing that it wasnt improved I wanted to cancel my agreement. When attempting to I was told that I was under contract on an auto renew. I am very unhappy with how my account is being treated. I just want my contract canceled. I am not requesting a full refund or even a partial for work that was done poorly.
Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Even though it appears we didn't meet your expectations. I know we have discussed this personally through email as well. All of our commercial contracts have different specifications based on the terms agreed originally. Based on the contract that was signed it specifcally stated our cancellation terms along with renewal terms. Like all contracts, it is important to fully read through all contracts and understand all elements and language. It is never our intention to hide language or clauses in our terms to trick or fool our clients. I hope we can continue to discuss this with you and find a solution together as fellow local business owners.
