Mr*** did pay this debt off The dispute we received was based on his claim that he was not liable for this debtHe should file another dispute with the appropriate credit bureau stating that he paid the billThat dispute will come to us and we will verify with the bureau that it is paidHis
credit report will then show that debt as a paid account

We do not report monthly. We report the debt once only and the payment once only.  The only way to solve this issue is file the proper dispute with the credit bureau involved. they will send the inquiry to us and we will indicated that itis a paid debt
