C & C Construction Once

On August 22, 2013 I hire C & C Construction Onc LLC to pour concrete decking around vinyl swimming pool. They did not cover pool and tape coping to protect from concrete. When job was finished my new pool was covered in concrete inside and out. I contacted [redacted] who installed it for help, but due to liability issuse (tearing liner) they refused. After making numerous phone call NO pool company in the Columbia area would help. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] at (C&C) concerning the job, and with [redacted] at [redacted] both informed me it was a terrible job. The concrete could not even be walked on due to all the imperfections, 12x12 tile (Had been inserted) had been cracked, concrete was even with pool (Should have slope),all anchors for ladders/rails in wrong place, white alumiun coping around pool had been scratched and white plastic/thermal steps had been beaten down to black thermal coat. All of this was due to using a motorized float machine. According to [redacted] using a motorized float is only form big concrete jobs, not a small pool deck. A pool deck should have been hand floated. Mr. [redacted] agreed to tear up concrete and replace. As of this date 9/9/2013 the only thing done has been torn up concrete which is piled in my backyard. I have made numerous phone/text message for Mr. [redacted] and receive no response. Now my Homeowners Association is concerned about job completion.
