I have included a print out of her account by which you will see we have ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner Unfortunately due to a blizzard that occurred on March completely shut down our business for days Due to road conditions our trucks were not put on the road We were fully operational on March At this point we were back logged several days delivery time is within business days, weather permitting We did our best under the circumstance to get her delivery to her

Unfortunately we do not have control of the weatherWe made the delivery when the roads were clear and safe for the driver to be on the road. Again, we will honor the cents off a gallons on the next purchase

I am rejecting this response because:it took you 7 days after deliveries resumed and 3 days after I started calling to finally bring my oil. That is unnaceptable when someone almost runs out and they have an infant at home and the temps are dropping to the 20's at night. You guys offered no sympathy or solution to this problem. I know first hand you can send someone out immediately if needed. You guys left me no choice but to keep waiting. I didn't have enough oil to ask for a refund so I could get oil elsewhere. were fully operational on March 20.  At this point we were back logged several days.  Normal delivery time is within 4 business days, weather permitting.  We did our best under the circumstance to get her delivery to her.

I purchased 1 whole piece of Corando Pancettta on weds 1/18/2011,Which is and advertised special in the deli, when I returned home to use this bacon I looked at the US BY DATE 11/8/09 I was shocked 2 years and 2 months out of datei contacted Carando and they told me the product, has a 90 self life, and should not be frozen this was previously frozen and it also was not stated such in the add, that is in violation of NYS food rulings
