On Friday Feb. **, 2016, I received a complaint from [redacted], where she claims that our office failed to advice of the Bank Charges from a Third Party when withdrawing money from their Tax Refund on 02/**/2016. I would like to clear it first that I only dealt with the Husband [redacted],...
who was clearly aware of the charges and agreed to the withdrawal of the fees when he came rushing into my office on a very busy day and told me to take the fees out. Two weeks later I receive his email about the difference in the fees, I explained again, and he says he wasn't told about it. I repeatly explained and apologized about any confusion, and since he says he didn't remember, I offered a credit for the $64.00. I never dealt with the the wife [redacted] or never spoke to her. Since they need the $64.00 back very urgently and not accept our credit, I would be more than happy to return the $64.00. I have been in business over 20 years, not one complaint has been filed, we make our customers happy and we thrive to satisfy our clients, and have a great Revdex.com rating.
