Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: of disregard to the TRUTHI never once claimed any other damages on INITIAL receipts, ? because there NEVER was any other issues other than body damage and old serpentine belt (that lasted a drive from CA to TX TWICE)!!! ? I'm sorry but the paper work, ? written in handwriting says it ALL! ? I would not be claiming this? ? My wife called and actually recorded the entire phone call, ? and had met the owner before talking to them on the phone, ? the owner answered only after initial calls, ? when she *my phone number & also hung up on her after she stated she had in fact RECORDED the phone call!!? {In HAND written receipts, ? by owner, she did not put such claims until 2nd receipt: radio did not turn on at times, ? antenna would not come up, ? door locks did not sync we had to manually lock our car, ? and back lights did not go on}? It was not in fact, ? until after the mechanic noted that our SERPENTINE belt needed to be fixed? We then rescheduled to drop car back off at garage on 01/22/18, ? for such fixesIn the time between then and 01/15/(initial visit) we noticed a list of pesty little problems, ? so they FIXED, ? SIGNED, ? and DATED every piece of information I'm giving, ? I have NO reason to lie! I am willing to go to court if not resolved with full refund ? of $1,178, ? even if it goes to MECHANIC SHOP WE TRUST & THEY PAY!? ? My car DID NOT drive from TX to [redacted] (German Motors was told on record) ? it was in fact towed by myself in a U-Haul trailer ON PLATFORM no wheels ever touched the ground!? My reason for this, ? is the rudeness captured in a voice recording, ? and disregard to how much money, ? and what injuries my SON (who has not even lived whole yrs of his life) COULD VERY WELL have been caused, ? SERPENTINE BELT WAS DEMOLISHED BY THE TIME WE NOTICED! ? RIPPED TO SHREDS! ? ON THE FREEWAY IN TRAFFIC!!? I WENT IN BECAUSE MY CAR HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO, ? THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON!!! ? THEN I GOT ROBBED BY SOME ONE YOU GO AND HAND YOUR MONEY TOO?!? I do not have a way of going to another mechanic, ? that is why I need every cent I gave to them, ? so that someone can ? fix what they DID NOT DO RIGHT! ? AND FAULTY PARTS I SAVED THE SERPENTINE BELT GIVEN TO US IN A BAG OF SHREDS!!!!? * *** ***Information regarding complaint of *** *** *** 300se1 mercedes; Vehicle was brought in with severely vandalized right front door glass, door locks and antitheft alarm malfunctions and low battery voltageWhen vehicle was brought in front of vehicle was damaged from an accident customer statedNote vehicle isatwenty-eight and half year old vehicle, with high milage 125,at last dated invoice #***On invoice #1*** *** no type of electrical wiring was repaired , only fuses were replaced for blower motor and switched left front window switch with left rear window switch to make front window work up and down , customer stated left rear window was off track and not operatingReplaced blown fuse for door locks, rear dome light and power antennaFan clutch bearing was locked up do to loss of bearings and bearing bracket had bearing play, found grooved idler pulley bearing making dry bearing noise also half of serpentine drive belt was missingThese parts were damaged do to accident to front of vehicleOn invoice *** we cautioned customer to not drive vehicle to state of Nevada do to front tires were balding and left rear and left front tires had nails in them. This is an old vehicle that was not maintained and was not registered to the state of Texas. The vehicle identification number is *** and had state ofCalif ornia license platesCustomer prepaid for used right front window glass by phone with credit card on 1/15/Vehicle was brought in on 1/22/for repair and stated and signed that left side window not operating , front of vehicle was damaged from accident and rear left window was off track, a/c not operating and defroster button light onWas signed on back of invoice # ***Customer prepaid on account 1/22/for approved to order parts on invoice # ***, appointment was 1/25/Customer stated rear chrome window front dent due to break in, door looks , antenna , radio, rear dome light are not working do to break in , vandalized, theftThis lady calls from state of Nevada saying she is *** *** girlfriend , never gives her name and is requesting of refund of money from invoice # *** WE have asked for *** *** to call us and provide proof of auto repair shop replacing serpentine drive belt in state of NevadaIn good faith *** *** please send repair invoice from repair shop in state of NevadaNote no electrical wiring was done at C.CGerman MotorsNote very old vehicle and vandalized
