I am rejecting this response because:I, Mrs***, was not pleased with the outcome of meeting with Dan Vaden *** dealershipThe *** had printed off his computer system the part in question Positive Crankcase Vantilation Valve and then stated that this part was covered under warranty code Emission to which he stated that the coverage had expired on my ***I then asked him when does the emission warranty expire he stated 80,milesI responded that my vehicle has 69,miles and this repair is still under warrantyHe then changed his explanation stating something to the effect that the PCV Valve is covered under a different warrantyHis explanation was confusing and conflicted with his first explanation that the PCV valve was covered under the supposedly expired emissions warrantyThe *** *** *** dealer in *** never objected that the vehicle's PCV valve was not covered under warranty*** *** dealer has been replacing the PCV valve on the *** under warranty for many of it's customersIt was not a gesture of good will that they repaired the vehicle under warrantyThe receipt clearly stated that the repair was covered under warranty and they stated that Dan Vaden dealer was incorrectly stating that the warranty had expiredI would still expect a refund of the unnecessary expense of the diagnostic fee $in addition to anything Dan Vaden Dealership would like to compensate me for time and travel expenses and the inconvenience of taking my car to *** to be servicedThe *** at Dan Vaden absolutely refused to return my money for this unnecessary expense and only tried to appease me with an offer for a oil changeWe wouldn't trust this dealership to service my carI am making it clear now that I am refusing his offerI agreed to end the conversation there since I was clearly denied what is within my right to receive a refund I believe this dealer to be unfair and dishonest in their treatment of their customers.

I am rejecting this response because: I will accept this as soon as I have the check in handI have already informed them that I will never do business with them again, so there should be no issue there If they would like to pursue legal action against me for theft of services, I would welcome thatI would like to know what services they believe that I haven't paid for because I have all paperwork detailing the work that was done and what I was responsible for, which is $If they would like to continue this, I will be happy to sue them for defamation.

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing our customer's concerns to our attention
Mrs*** came to meet with our *** *** and proved to be much more understanding of our procedures and related charges
During this meeting, we were able to confirm that in fact the parts in question were
not covered under the manufacturer's warrantyWith this information she seemed satisfied
As a gesture of goodwill, we also provided Mrs*** with a coupon for a free Synthetic oil change and Free 3-Part induction Service - that's over a $value
We are sorry that Mr*** does not agree, but our charges were warranted
Sincerely,
*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Unfortunately, we are acutely aware of Mr. [redacted]'s opinion. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any refund as we performed the repairs accurately and as stated on the Repair Order.
Despite Mr. [redacted]'s assertion to the...

contrary, a [redacted] was at the dealership and was involved with the repairs to his vehicle. The same engineer has reviewed the photos Mr. [redacted] sent to our [redacted] and agrees with the [redacted]s in [redacted] that the leaking vent/return line will not cause a check engine light or Limp mode on the vehicle, this will only leak the DEF fluid under overfill situations.
We understand that Mr. [redacted] believes he miraculously fixed his vehicle. Unfortunately the tone of his consistent harassment provides us with zero inclination to assist him further in any way.
We appreciate the Revdex.com serving as an intermediary!

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for providing us with the concerns presented by Mr. [redacted]. We are very familiar with his dissatisfaction. At his request, we have tried on multiple occasions to provide tint on his windows to his satisfaction. Unfortunately, we have been unable to do so.
Most recently, we...

have offered to have the tint removed at our expense and reimburse his $90 for the tint. That solution was unacceptable to Mr. [redacted].
Ultimately, it appears Mr. [redacted] does not want to continue owning his yellow [redacted]. We have tried to trade him out of the vehicle, but have been unable to do so. We advised Mr. [redacted] to continue making payments in a timely manner which should put him in a position where trading out of the vehicle will be viable.
Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,In response to her rejection, the check should go out tomorrow. With regards to legal action, as previously stated, she's not worth our effort.Sincerely,[redacted]

Since replacing his throttle body in September, we were unaware that there were any issues with his car.
When the vehicle was brought to us most recently, it had stopped operating completely and we sent it to a [redacted] dealer for diagnosis. The [redacted] dealer determined it was the TIPM (fuse block).
In December, Mr. [redacted] came to purchase a car, but we were unable to conclude a deal. We understand his frustrations with the expense of repairs, but also recognize that the vehicle has operated normally for 30,000 miles in under a year since purchase.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,In a case such as this with Mr. [redacted], the true value of the Revdex.com shines.Prompted by Mr. [redacted] through the Revdex.com forum we further investigated our stance on the matter. We stand corrected. After several calls and a reversal in opinion from [redacted] warranty department, we determined our initial position was in error.Mr. [redacted]'s request is warranted and we have processed a check for his requested reimbursement. Our Service [redacted] with whom Mr. [redacted] previously communicated has made several unreturned phone calls to Mr. [redacted] with the intent to apologize for our mistake and apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused. Our thanks to the Revdex.com and our apologies to our customer.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,
We regret that we have been able to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. We have made several efforts. We hope that he is able to enjoy the continued use of his vehicle.

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for bringing this customer's concerns to our attention. We are familiar with this individual. We find it hilarious that Ms. [redacted] is asking for $50 when we have been advised to pursue legal action against her for theft of services. But, for $50, it's not worth our time....

We will mail her a check for $50 per her request. But, we also have a request: that she never come back to any of our businesses. We want nothing further to do with her. Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,
We regret that we were unable to provide Mrs. [redacted] with a better experience. It was frustrating for all parties. We have provided her with our genuine apologies.
She has been able to get her paperwork so that she can get a tag.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
