I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12069481, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have sent the additional 2 pictures. Please let me know if you received the first response I sent and the other 4 attachments. I did include a copy of the check given to the man from ReRoof that made the first repair in February 2016.

I would like to first clear up what a "30 year roof" means. Our company installed the roof at [redacted] home in 2006. Our workmanship warranty (meaning warranty on our installation of the roof) was 1 year. The Mfg warranty of the 30 year shingles means that the shingle...
itself will be free of defects in the product. If the product had a defect, the mfg would address the issue. That is not the case here. This roof is 11 years old. Until this time, there had been no issues with the work Reroof America installed at the property. As per our original response, Mrs. [redacted] called our office on numerous occasions and was assisted by Cristina, Robin & Mitch. She was referred to another Roofing company, as at the time of her need, we were not able to get to her property as quickly as she needed. Another company has performed repairs at the property, that have apparently not held up. That is who she should be talking to. We do not warranty other companies repairs.
