C & C Overhead Doors

customers deposit via a company check, however the customer indicated he wanted a refund issued directly back to his credit card which took longer then expected

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First, why would we take a check from someone who failed to keep appointments, even when they were confirmed the morning of the appointment?  Especially when that person could not even bother to return repeated phone calls from us.Second, we just called our credit company, again, and still they have heard nothing from C & C Overhead Doors (or from Square Disputes, whoever they are) regarding a credit to our account.  This company has had $1395.00 of ours since December 2017 and Mr. [redacted] is now saying that issuing a credit took longer than anticipated and we can just wait until the end of April to maybe see our money?  Does that sound like it has been resolved to our satisfaction?  You be the judge.
