C & C Plumbing installed a heating system ($10k, paid in full) in my new home in the fall of 2013. It did not function properly, only operating in fan mode. I contacted him many times to repair the unit. He inspected the wall unit, I provided him with the error code twice, he said he would be at my home with company representative. He never arrived or called. I subsequently told him, in person, that I would need to contact another heating professional to repair the unit. I told him that I should not be responsible to pay for the repair and he agreed. The system was repaired March 17, after a winter of heating exclusively with wood due to the non-operation of the system. I submitted a bill for $819 for reimbursement to C & C Plumbing and it has not been paid. Freon had been leaking at the improperly connected flare nuts.
