Review: Bought an electric range (kitchen/used), brought home, was bringing onto porch when noticed that there was water running (not dripping) out of the stove bottom. Took bottom drawer out of stove and felt the insulation that was showing. Soaking wet, falling down, could squeeze water out. Called the store where bought and was told that they 'remove the oven element and then pressure wash the stove, then let it dry'. I was told I could return the stove - I opened the oven door and when I shut it, the door slipped out of my hand and slammed shut...front glass fell out and shattered! Guess that was my fault, but the window shouldn't have fallen out. Decided that taking it back was out of the question, removed side panels to try to get the water out, was really surprised to find DEAD COCROACHS INSIDES THE INSULATION! Thankfully, the stove was never brought into my kitchen nor plugged in for use. Could possibly caused a fire.

I paid $145.00 for this kitchen stove. I have the slip that says I paid. Slip states a "30 day Warranty"...they would send their repair man out to check out the item...no, I did not call after the front glass fell out and shattered.

C&C Second hand LLC;; Phone No. XXX-XXX-XXXX;case No.XXXXXXXX My response to this case; We get the appliance in and fix and clean the and put them on the floor for sale;; This stove was on the floor for a week and the floor was not wet from it draining; and there was no sign of cockroaches; and if there was they are not my cockroaches; I had received a call from [redacted] complaining on the stove and I told her we would give her money back if she wasn't happy with it;; that was the last I had heard from her until she turned me in to Revdex.com; she was not a easy person to deal with the whole time she was in our store; We go the extra on taking back our sales items if our customers are not happy with it;; Keep in mind these items are used ; Thank You [redacted] owner of c&c secondhand LLC

I do not like being lied about...."not an easy person to deal with?" Someone needs to 'explain' this statement to me. THE STOVE DIDN'T LEAK ANY WATER WHILE IN THE BACK OF MUY PICKUP, ONLY WHEN IT WAS SET DOWN ON THE GROUND WITH THE AID OF A HAND TRUCK, THESE COCKROACHES WERE IN THE STOVE,THE STOVE WAS NOT CLEAN. Used items should be clean and ready for the customer to take home and use in their homes, not have to 'super clean' them when arriving at the 'new' home. THE GUYS AT C & C SECOND HAND are in need of manners and tips opn dealing with the public, women buy alot of things of this nature and we not not appreciate being treated like second rate citizens. I PAID FOR THAT STOVE IN GOOD FAITH, I DID NOT ASK FOR CREDIT, TIME PAYMENTS OR AYTHING OF THAT NATURE.

**Lastm, but not least, the owner really needs to return to school and learn to spell correctly, but I guess he is more interested in bad mouthing someone to pay attention to details! Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.
