Review: I contracted [redacted] to do painting and molding work in my home, which I was renovating. I paid [redacted] over 100 thousand dollars for molding and faux finish painting in the whole house. [redacted] proceeded to do the painting and molding work, of which none was done correctly, all the moldings in my home have opened up in an unusual manner, I contacted [redacted] and explained to him what was going on, He came by the house and said he will come by to repair everything, It has been over 2 months and I have not been able to contact [redacted]. He doesn't answer my calls or my wife's calls. I had to get other people to fix the problem and I am spending much more to fix the problems that [redacted] does not seem to want to repair. That is not the only problem I had with [redacted], I had 17 interior doors to be installed, of which he said he could install them, I proceeded to pay him to install them, and not 1 door was installed correctly. I have all the signed payments I made to [redacted] for the lousy work performed by this selfish individual. I seek to get monetary compensation from [redacted], I have pictures of the lousy work performed by [redacted], and I will take him to court if I have to. I seek your help in trying to avoid that anyone would hire [redacted] who is as greedy as they come and does not care about a customers concerns. As per your correspondence dated May *. 2013, regarding the complaint made by [redacted], I want to start telling you the he doesn't mentioned that there is an outstanding balance in the amount of $3,400.00. On or about February, March of 2012, I came to meet with [redacted] at his new house, he told me that the house was build by the same builder of TOMY MOTTOLA HOUSE, but the framing and the structure of the house was uneven and it was crocked, and [redacted] said he was taken him to Court (problem #1).

Problem #2, mentioned to me was the sheet rock installers, did not install the sheet rock properly and he was going to take them to court.

Problem #3, the company who was building the deck front porch, entrance, driveway, patios and all regarding concrete job where also fired by [redacted], and he was going to take them to court. I am attaching some photographs which were taken on or about June [redacted], 2012, when some of the moulding, faux finish and doors job was done and the clients [redacted] and his wife, and not only them his older daughter [redacted] who was for the most part telling them exactly what she wants in the rooms, were very happy about it, even he ([redacted]) took his cousin to see the house and they call me a MASTER for doing what I was doing in his cousin house he said to ([redacted]) ” [redacted] THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL JOB IS BETTER

THAN MY HOUSE" (A MANSION IN OLD BROOKVILLE OR MUTTONTOWN ACCORDING TO [redacted]), ([redacted] mother went to the house for more than one occasions to see the house and they were given me complements about the job, his sister in law also came in to the house and nobody complaints about it, I was constantly asking and explaining to them what I was doing and if they were pleased with the job and they always answer yes, a lot of people came to the house Alarms installers, Electricians, Plumbers etc., to do work, and on or about November **, 2012, after I was done with all the work and I told them after you move all your furniture if there is any touch up, please call me and I will come to fix it, they never mentioned anything about the paint mouldings or doors, because everything work perfectly not only that [redacted] was asking me to fix his basement he wants mouldings, paint and DOORS install in his basement and also was asking me to build a bar in the basement as well, which I said I get back to him because "[redacted]" the tile guy was still working installing the sheet rock and the tiles and stair case etc., in the basement

On March **, 2013, I received a call from [redacted] wife telling me that they had some people working in the house and that they told them that the doors where not install properly, this is 9 months after the doors were installed and they were living in the house for approximately 4-5 months the doors open and closed properly as you can see In the pictures. The new company he say he hired to fix the doors they did a LOUSY work (pictures attached hereto) and they had the nerve to call me to repair what other people did, I went to the house and the doors were remove and reinstall and a they also remove the doors frame, trim and damage the faux finish. I told [redacted] had the guys who remove the doors to put everything back, and she start yelling at me, I told her to talk to them to fix

the mess they did. [redacted] mentioned in the complaint the I never returned their phone calls which I always returns his wife calls (she was the only one calling me) and I was always available for the most part I always returns [redacted] PHONE CALLS, TEXT OR VOICEMAILS, sometimes not on the same moments because

there in some places where I work there is not always a good reception.

When I went to their house [redacted] & [redacted], start yelling at me, because there was a crack on one of the walls, but that is a problem with the framing and the structure and the sheet rock and the spackle of the house as he mentioned to me on the day we met, they want me to fix the crack and I say no, I not going to

do that, also they had a leak on the kitchen ceiling and they want me to fix the leak, I am not a plumber nor I do roof, I say to them I can't fix that that's not part of my job, my job is to re-caulk the mouldings and paint touch-up and that's it, the yelling continue and I told them is not necessary to yell me, at me I'm here because you call me to fix the LOUSY job the other people did and for the paint touch up and re-caulk some of the mouldings, and [redacted] told me YOU WILL SEE WHAT I AM CAPABLE OF DOING YOU DON'T KNOW ME YET, and I told him are threating me? And he say you'll see. An Hour later, after I left on the same day of the yelling [redacted] call me and she said I ask the guys to fix everything because they removed anyway, and they will do it, I said ok. Couple weeks later, she calls me asking me for a paint touch up, I said I will send one of my workers and she said "GRACIAS" (thank you) ok via text, I call her and I say I cannot make it today but I will make it next week, she said ok no problem don't worry about it and was very happy and pleasant on the phone, then she say to me [redacted] hired other people to fix the doors I said ok. On the same day I received the complaint and I call her and I said I just received your husband complaint and I'm surprise that he mentioned the I never returns your phone calls, and you know I did, and under these conditions I will not go back to your house because I never did the wrong thing or the wrong job at your house.

In Conclusion, I am a very responsible person, I have a very good relationship with all my customers, I never disrespect them in any fashion, I did a lot of extras in [redacted] house which they were not bill for it, I never had any service ISSUES as they mentioned in the complaint, and I ask them when I left the house ARE YOU PLEASE WITH THE JOB THEY BOTH REPLY "YES WE ARE". ALL [redacted] CASH CAN NOT PAY FOR PEOPLES DIGNITY OR REPUTATION, HE MAY BE THE RICHEST PERSON IN THE WORLD BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE WILL WALK ALL OVER ME. HE CAN KEEP ALL HIS CASH TO HIMSELF, AND I KEEP MY HARD WORK AND MY REPUTATION WITH ME.

Sure, [redacted] is stating I can keep my money, after he was payed over $100,000.00 dollars for the lousy job he did installing the moldings in the entire house, of course I can keep my money he stole enough already, [redacted] keeps stating that the problem in the my home is the framing, that's odd, the workers who reinstalled my doors installed them perfect without complaining about the framing, Oh and by the way those were the installers who installed the doors and moldings in my cousins home in Old Brookville of whom [redacted]s states that he said he loved his work. [redacted]s job looks fine with the naked eye, but after a few weeks everything starts to fall apart, he uses the cheapest materials to install the moldings so he can save money for himself. One person he mentions in his response [redacted] told me that [redacted]s was installing cheap moldings arround my windows and he mentioned to [redacted]s why are you using that cheap wood and [redacted]s response to [redacted] was, why do you care this is not your home. [redacted]s took advantage of my wife and I because we do not know much about construction and he realized that he could get away with his lousy work, until I caught on to his lousy work. He speaks about photos, well I have photos of before and after of the doors installed by [redacted]s and then reinstalled by installers who knew what they were doing I also have plenty of photos of moldings opening up over the entire house. [redacted]s is such a fraud, that he called my wife on May [redacted] 2013, at 2:43 pm, speaking very nicely to her like the sneak he is, telling her that he was going over the next day to fix the problems, and to say hello to me, then he calls back the same day at 6:43 pm, telling her that he recieved a complaint that I had made to the Revdex.com about him and unless I retracted that complaint he was not going to do anything, that's very odd that he would call on the same day he recieved the complaint, telling my wife he was coming over the next day, but then again nothing surprises me from this person. [redacted]s states that I owe him $3400.00, I have signed reciepts of all the cash payments of over $100,000.00 I made to this individual. [redacted]s talks about how he respects his customers, well let me tell you, there was one particular time that my wife noticed there was a shiny spot on a faux finish painting he did in our master bedroom, she brought it to his attention, and asked very politely to please fix it, and he got so mad he started screaming at her telling her there was nothing wrong with that, even though he did fix it.

In my conclusion, all I can say is that whoever decides to hire [redacted]s, for any job he saids he can do, will find out for tnemselves what a fraud and sneak this guy can be. I personally would not hire this guy to drive a nail in my home.
