This Super USB WiFi Antenna 3 was not purchased directly from C. [redacted] Company or an authorized dealer. The WiFi Repeater was also not purchased directly from C....

[redacted] Company and is not supported nor compatible with the Super USB WiFi Antenna 3. Regrettably, this was not understood by the original operator that suggested both the Super USB WiFi Antenna 3 and the WiFi Repeater be mailed in together.
Unfortunately, this package with USPS tracking ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was never received to our Warehouse Facility in Fortuna, California. The package was however delivered to the local Post Office in Fortuna, CA on April 11th. We have to assume the package was lost and an insurance claim must be submitted to USPS by the shipper.
After speaking with Mr. [redacted] directly, we were able to come up with a fair solution. We sent Mr. [redacted] a brand new, fully tested Super USB WiFi Antenna 3 as well as the C. [redacted] WiFi Repeater Kit.
C. [redacted] Company's, Authorized Dealer retail policy is as follows: If the purchased product is under the advertised warranty, the product must be mailed back to C. [redacted] with a copy of the original receipt that shows the purchase date. Once received into our Warehouse Facility in Fortuna, California, we will determine the best solution by either repairing or replacing the product under warranty.

Why was this closed? I never recieved the product as I was suppose to, as I said on June 10 below, I have yet to receive it. I said don't close it. wouldn't you follow up with me before closing it.

yes, [redacted] is sending me a the wifi antenna and repeater, I haven't received it yet and I am not sure when it's coming. please don't close the case.

C. [redacted] received another Revdex.com letter in regards to case # XXXXXXXX. The replacement package with the Super WiFi Repeater Kit was mailed out to [redacted] XXXX XXnd St NW Washington, DC XXXXX per customer request on May 20th, 2015. The package shipped FedEx Ground with tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. We were able to track the package and see it was delivered on Wednesday, May 27th at 5:49PM and was left at the front door of XXXX XXnd Street NW Washington, DC XXXXX. We did not receive a call, email, letter, fax, or any communication from the customer that the package was never received. We received another letter from Revdex.com so we contacted the customer on August 4th and again on August 5th, 2015. We verified with the customer that he did not receive the antenna or package and mailed another package out, per his request. This time, Mr. [redacted] requested the antenna and package be shipped to a different address in another state. We are mailing the antenna and package to [redacted] XXXXX via FedEx 2nd Day Air with a signature required for delivery 8/7. We will verify on 8/7/2015 that the package was delivered and that Mr. [redacted] did in fact receive the package with the antenna in it. Mr. [redacted] approved this and C. [redacted] will continue to follow up with Mr. [redacted] to verify he is in fact completely taken care of.
