C&D Corp services is in the process of getting the clients depositWe first have to request it and it usually takes about days to receive itWe expect to have the funds within the next week or soOur agreements always states that once a client ask for their deposit that it takes days
and not to daysOnce the process starts we send out updates for expected payouts, but we make sure it's known that those are the dates we believe it will take placeAny client that wishes to terminate the contract and request their monies back will receive 100% of their deposit

I am writing to response to the compliant from [redacted], ([redacted]y came to us to get a small business loan, which we attempted to attain on her behalf unfortunately after attempting to get her a loan we were unable to do so because of things outside of of control in processing...

this type on loan.[redacted] was required to but down a $6000 deposit which she did, our agreements states the we will either the you the loan (Fund the loan request or we will refund you 100% of your deposit, in this case because we were unable to fund her the loan request we have refunded her 100% of your deposit.  Also, our agreement also states that any request for refund could take up to 30 days, [redacted] request was submitted on September 27,2017 and she was told that her request was being process.  We refunded her yeaterdy Oct 10,2017 which is less then the 30 days stated in the contract that she signed.Attached is a copy of the proof of the refund of her deposit that was sent to her bank by bank wire. As far as we are concerns we did not do anything wrong and she have every penny she invested back in her hands, we consider this file closed.Should you need anything else from us please let us know and also please us a final decision on this case.Thank you for your assistance in the sensitive business matter.
