Tail light that was suppose to be replaced with new was replaced with damaged one
In February I had my vehicle fixed for hail damage. The insurance company paid out almost 8,000$. I had a cracked tail light it took them weeks to have it and when they got it they put it on and it was damaged it looked worse than the crack the plastic on it is damaged and gashed I have been in contact with a guy named *** and he was suppose to have someone come back and no one has ever showed. This has been since February and I still don't have my tail light but they have been paid for the service I have txt messages from there's people and they all give me the run around. All I want is my car fixed
I have done everything to try to get in contact with someone who will help me and this is my last option
