Review: I paid the company to pressure wash my house, they shred 5 brand new window screens with the high pressure. I contacted the company at least a dozen times, leaving several messages for the manager, [redacted]. I have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: Screen replacement of the 5 ruined by the company.

Review: We purchased a Groupon upon for CD Northwest on February 4, [redacted]. The Groupon was a "gutter cleaning, moss treatment, roof-debris cleanup and optional yard debris cleanup" for $149.00. After purchasing the Groupon I called CD Northwest to make an appointment. They stated they will send out someone to estimate the work. [redacted] estimated the work on February 13, [redacted]. He estimated $550.00 for moss removal, treatment, gutters, cleaning, and hammer in loose nails. Estimate states an "all day project". We presumed since the roof had not been cleaned in 2 years an extra cost incurred. We were advised the Groupon price of $149.00 which had already been paid would be deducted from the $550.00 estimate. The cleaning was scheduled for the roof cleaning for April 30th. On April 30th we called CD Northwest after 10:00 am when no workers had arrived for an "all day" job. We were advised they would be here between noon and 1:00 pm. At 2:00 pm no workers had arrived, for which we called the office once again. Workers arrived at 2:30 pm. Completed work at 7:00pm. They demanded a check for $550.00. Asked about Groupon, they stated $550.00. To summarize we started purchasing a Groupon for $149.00 for a roof cleaning, and at the end paid $699.00. Workers did not show up on time. We were robbed.

Called and left messages for [redacted] on April 30, [redacted]. A representative from CD Northwest Roofing returned my call. She stated the estimate was for $550.00 and the $149.00 groupon would not be deducted from that amount. I explained I had called in to the office and asked specifically if the $149.00 would be deducted from the $550.00 and the person who answered the call said yes. The representative on the phone said "she does not know what she was talking about". Than whom should I believe from this company. We were not home when the estimate was written, it was left on our front porch. She said she would talk to [redacted] and call me back in an hour. I never heard back from her.

My error that I did not obtain names of individuals I spoke with and should have made a point to take off work to be home when estimate was written. CD Northwest Roofing has proven they are dishonest in their business practice.

Desired Settlement: Refund of $149.00

Review: The roof leaks. I have tried to get them to check on it for months. They never answer the messages I leave or call back. The warrantee period may have expired, but I have been trying to get a response since well before the end of the first year.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix the leak, or pay the cost of having it fixed. They installed a membrane roof and a skylight. Both elements started leaking right away.

Review: On April 21, 2013 I placed an order, through GROUPON, for gutter and roof cleaning, moss treatment, and full house pressure wash from C.D. Northwest ($249.00). On April 31, 2013 the service was scheduled for today (6/25/13) and confirmed by C.D. Northwest by phone last week.

I was asked to be home after 12:00 pm, which I have been. At 4:10 pm the work crew had still not arrived so I called C.D. Northwest to find out if the crew was coming. The woman I talked with said that she did not know where the crew was or when they would be at my home for the service. I asked her to contact the crew, which she attempted to do with out success. I asked how long the office would be open, she told me another 30 minutes. I told her that I would hold, and wanted to know what to expect before the office closed.

She could not reach the crew, and I asked her if they arrived yet today if they would be working late enough to finish the job. She told me that they would not have time to finish the job today. I asked to talk to her supervisor.

I talked with a man who told me that the crew would not have time to finish the job today and he did not know what he could do to help me as the crew was scheduled out in subsequent days and he did not know when they would be able to finish it. I asked him what he could do to satisfy my order for service through Groupon and he said he could not think of anyway that the service order could be satisfied. He went on to say that he had a poor quality work force, poor leadership and that he could not think of any solutions.

Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement of my payment for service and reimbursement for loss of salary to stay home today to wait for work crew.

This business has not resolved the complaint.

CD Northwest called me the day after they failed to provide paid for service and said that they had fired their work crew, could not offer me any service.

Groupon contacted me to say that they were referring this back to the business (CD Northwest) to resolve.

Both are pointing the finger at the other, no one is stepping up to the plate to either provide me the service I paid for or reimburse my payment and time lost while waiting at home for the work crew to arrive.

I really need assistance from you if possible.
