We had C & D roofing replace our roof this fallDale inspected our roof and helped us through the insurance procedure so we could get our roof installed before Winter The work men ship was done with pride and everything was installed per our contractThey not only placed water and ice shield in the valleys, they also ran it up the whole length of the shed roof that goes over the front porchThis was not part of the contract to do but they said because of how flat the slop was roof may leak in this areaNote they did this with no additional cost to usThis is the type of company everyone looks for to do the job right the first time I recommend C & D roofing to anyone who needs a roof for their home

I received contact from the business on 8/29/and they brought my balance to zeroThey also provided a invoice for me and I am satisfied with this resolution

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/08/21) */ Boy where do I start....First of all we had homes that we replaced roofs on all next to each otherWe then moved on to siding & gutter installation which was completed by the same crewWe had extremely hot weather with heat advisories so things moved slower than usual [redacted] called [redacted] on the day we were starting their homeThe other had already been completed with their siding & gutters and wanted to know why they were lastSomeone had to be....As far as her conversation with [redacted] every other word out of her mouth was the F word or some other cuss word, telling him she's a truck driver going through Texas and it's degrees and she can work just fine.....This complaint is actually quite uncalled for and it would be nice if people could be a little more patient and care just a little for the people that work on their homeYou can't meet a nicer and more caring person than [redacted] who did their jobEverything is complete and I wish them the best and hope they get many years of service out of the work we did for themThank You

1-painter arrived at 9:with girlfriend and sick childI could not let child in due to recovering from serious health issues
Painter DID NOT have ladder for my 9ft ceiling,a roller extension poll and not enough drop clothes or enough paintHe had to call ***(the rep)who said he would be over with suppliesThe painter was stranded at my house without a car or phoneTwo hours later 11:called *** about supplies not arrivingAt 1:*** still did not show up with suppliesThere were a total of calls back and forth on my cell about paintingAt 2:painters girlfriend came back and he went to lunch as he still did not have supplies needed to paint.When he came back a little after 3:he had the paint and drop clothAt one point my friend who referred this company was over and called *** (due to my recovering) told him the ceilings won't match and he argued with her and said "I blow things out of proportion"I had to supply a ladder and a roller extension pole to paint withI have an open floor plan and the rooms do not match, *** refused to let the painter match them
At 4:the girlfriend who is sitting in the car in my driveway waiting for him to finish came up and said her tire was flat and he needed to leave to go put air in the tire
*** called numerous times to talk with the painter to see if he finished with FULL knowledge that he didn't start until after 3pm and sitting in my house stranded for hours waiting on supplies
At 6:the painter asked if he could come back Sunday to complete the job as there were a couple spots he missed and wasn't able to get around the ceiling fanI agreed as everyone was exhaustedAt 6:he was ready to leave and didn't have a ride, had to wait for it
At 7:*** showed up and wanted to see the ceilingMy daughter let him in and he became very unprofessional when I said the painter said he was coming back to hit the spots he missed*** said "We're done, its better than it was and if I wanted the spots painted he would leave the paint and I could do it myself"At that point my daughter told him to leave several times and told him if he came back she would call the policeHe said next time I come back it will be to collect $We agreed on $when job was completedAt this point with all the issues, harassment, not receiving warranty or final paperwork and having a painter sit in my home for hours waiting on supplies and taking hrs total to have a 20ft by 8ft ceiling painted I should not owe anythingI will also have to hire someone to complete the job

This company is A+++Great customer service and courtesy
Excellent roof installers, who work quick and are very knowledgeableThey take the time to clean up thoroughly
Already recommended this company to various people
They do all the leg work with the insurance companies
Highly pleased

We had C & D roofing replace our roof this fall. Dale inspected our roof and helped us through the insurance procedure so we could get our roof installed before Winter.

The work men ship was done with pride and everything was installed per our contract. They not only placed water and ice shield in the valleys, they also ran it up the whole length of the shed roof that goes over the front porch. This was not part of the contract to do but they said because of how flat the slop was roof may leak in this area. Note they did this with no additional cost to us. This is the type of company everyone looks for to do the job right the first time.

I recommend C & D roofing to anyone who needs a roof for their home.

C & D Roofing installed this roof on 8-22-11 not in 2002. We have no record of a call from Mr. [redacted]. I spoke to him and told him that we could come take a look, very easy to do since...

This complaint really has thrown me off. Ms. [redacted] has always been so nice and pleasant to work with and we had her additional work scheduled to be completed. We did complete her work on Sunday November 26, 2017. We're working 7 days a week to get all of our jobs completed and she said she was very...

satisfied with everything we've finished for her and has now requested for us to do more work for her after meeting our crew. At this time she gave us a check for $8600. and paid us in full. Our company has great incentive to get the work completed as we don't get paid until we finish the work, a lot of contractors get the money up front but we finish the work before we collect.She called me on Tuesday November 28th and apologized for filing a complaint against our company and said she got a little impatient and should've just waited. It was very kind of her to do that because I know it can be difficult to fall on your sword. If I could find high quality people to do some of this work it would help speed up the process but I'm committed to doing the best job for all of our customers. We won't compromise to get it finished fast and let our quality slip. We once again Thank the homeowner the opportunity to work on her home and look forward to helping her in the future.

We've made arrangements to have ceiling repair completed. There was spaced decking on this home which no longer met current code. We got approval from her insurance company and it was paid for with no additional cost to the homeowner. Homes that are 100 years old need updates. The repair has been...

postponed because of flooding and weather issues, The repair will be finished January 23. Thank You
