C & D Salvage Co

C & D Salvage Inc. issued a refund of $650.00 to a third party on my behalf without my consent.
On 4/19/14 I went to C & D Salvage in xxxxx, NC to pay for a motor for my Ford Explorer. There was a slight issue with delivery parameter, but 3 weeks later the motor arrived at my office. Once a mechanic looked it over, he noticed that it was not the motor that C & D Salvage stated they would send us. The following day, the motor was taken back to C & D by a mechanic who was to exchange it for the correct one. Three days later, I learned that C & D Salvage never had the correct motor and issued a full refund to the mechanic. C & D Salvage Inc. issued a refund to a third party of $650.00 on my behalf without my consent. I was never contacted or asked permission for the mechanic to receive my money. Since then, the mechanic will not return my calls and will not respond to text. The money has been stolen. When I called C & D manager, xxxxx, he was rude and showed no concern stating that if someone brings his product he issues a refund. I stated to xxxxx that without a valid receipt how would he know if the motor wasn't stolen and returned without contact the payee. xxxxx showed no sympathy for my stolen funds at all. He blocked my number and refused to speak with me from other lines.
