I have personally gone over to the destination address to look for the TV. I had not heard about the missing silverware. The boxes we packed were empty. My guys insist they delivered the tv. I have not ever had a problem with stealing within my company. I don't understand 2 things. 1) Why...

would anyone steal everyday silverware or a small tv that would fit in a small box. (19 in. at best. $75 - $150 maybe) risking their jobs. 2) Why would the customer lie about something so minor? Neither make any sense to me. I don't know either way. As a good will gesture I can offer the liability insurance they had which was $.60 per lb. per article. It is I think worth noting the sister filing the complaint is in Kansas or somewhere like that. The sister we delt with here does not seem as agitated. The cost of the move was $287.15. The sister up north wanted to pay for the move was very upset that we let the sister down here pay for the move once it was completed. She is wanting $350. The job happened on Dec. 22nd. It was realized the TV was missing on 12/27. I can't fire anyone without definite proof of a wrong doing on their part. No one wants to believe their guys stole anything, but I can't say I am 100% sure they didn't.
