Her mom's funeral was operated through this company. She states that the general price of the funeral is around 2,600 dollars less than the actual amount that they paid. The general price was posted before they agreed to their services. She doesn't understand how this could happen. When she asked them about it, they explained the basic services that matches the general price. They added other services to it, but she doesn't understand why it went up that much.
