I am writing in response to the received complaintI remember this customer well, first she called me to tell me that her gel has started to chip and that here daughter-in-law had already gone somewhere else to get hers fixedShe wanted to come in to have hers fixed here, I told her
to come in and I will fix itWhen she came in only her thumb was chipped in the corner, the rest of the nails were fine, and looked beautifulI asked her to sit down at my sisters chair so Loi could take off the old polishShe told us not to use the machine on her nails, I explained that in order for the acetone to work we need to scuff the top of the gel so it can go through the polish otherwise it takes a long time to workShe got upset about the machine and got up and told me that she wants all of her nails redone., and I told her only one nail is chipped, the rest of them look beautiful why do you want them all done? That is when she said she wanted her money back, I did not say anything and she got really mad and leftWe try to please every customer and I understand that sometimes that is not possible, I have been in this business for a long time and I understandI tried to help this customer but it seemed that she didn't want my help I offered to fix the nail and she wanted me to redo all of them, there was no reason for itI don't think I should be responsible financially for her and her daughter-in-law because they wouldn't let me fix them firstI was pleasant, and really tried to help but it seemed that she was already upset and wouldn't listen Sincerely Denise ***
