Mrs*** did contact us on or around April the 1stShe said please put me on your list for I have some plants that did not come back and two that died. They are: (17) summer snow perennial one gallon; (1) three gallon lemon fig; (5) one gallon holly ferns; and one three gallon frost free
gardina Estimated cost to replace: $***We contacted her back and told her that the summer snow will not be in until mid May and she text back and said fineThen we received this??? We have her text and can forward it to you if you need itNo problem. We WILL take care of her when the perennials come in to make one tripI have no idea where $*** in question is at~maybe it's a mistype, I do not knowI have her list right before me We have a good name, and it's sad that something as trival as this is put against our nameWe will touch base with her again Monday and keep her updated, not more we can do than that. Now we did go back early this week and added a small drain for her, and she told my son when we went out about three weeks ago, that she wanted us also to replace with sod where the 40' foot drain pipe went~even though that was never discuss ahead of timeThey just ask us to extend the drain, so we did at a small amount of cost to themThen later found out that they want sod where the pipe went, expecting us to do it at costI most likely will so she won't report us again I will DO whatever it takes to make her happy within reason, because I cherish a good name more than a few bucks!
