Review: Mr. [redacted] did not complete the terms of the contract we signed with him. In particular, he was paid in full to install an egress window in our basement and he left a huge hole in our backyard which is a danger to our children and pets. We have attempted to contact him by phone, e-mail, website, and certified letter and have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I would like a reimbursement of the portion of the contract he did not complete.
