My inspection was done in July and I had the same experience as Maria O. Several leaking sinks, a broken drain pipe which is in the wall and caused mold. No hot water in a shower and the list goes on. The termite inspector he brought along for the termite inspection missed the termites in the bathroom which have since swarmed!!!
