We hired CF [redacted] to build a barnominium in the spring of 2013. He failed to complete the project. Many items were constructed in disregard to the engineered building plans. His quality of work is well below industry standards. He has left us to find somebody to clean up his mess and attempt to cover up his mistakes as we would have had to completely tear down the building to make it right. Mr. [redacted] is a great salesman and comes across as though he will be on site and have great attention to detail. Nothing could be farther from the truth. We saw Mr. [redacted] about once every two weeks, he had no clue as to what his crew was doing and neither did they. When ever a deficiency was pointed out to the forman on the job he would say "it is just a pole barn". Poles were put in the wrong locations, poles were out of plumb by more than 1" in a 8' run. The roof is way out of square and this can be seen with the naked eye.
