Letter regarding company address

Review: There are problems with the exterior foundation of our home. C&F has concurred and has made some repairs on said defects in the past but the problem continues. I have tried to call C&F numberous times, left messages on a voice mail, and faxed letters x 2. I traveled to address on a previous C&F letterhead ([redacted], PA) and it was found to be a private residence. No messages have been responded to.

I do not know how to go about getting this company to respond and to make needed repair.Desired Settlement: I would first, like to hear from the company, and second, have a permanent fix to the already identified problem.
