Called the business spoke with BonnieShe stated that they pulled up the carpet and put down hardwood floorsWhen the hardwood floors were put in it left a larger gap underneath of the doorsBonnie stated that a few different options were named to fix the issue that would be more cost effective
The balance left was $*** and they waived it all bringing the balance to zeroMrs*** decided to put carpet in her home on top of the new hard wood floors verses going with one of the options that were discussed
