I set up numerous automatic payments on their site. Each months payments were set for the 13th of the month...my due date. Starting in February, the date was moved to the 14th and I have been getting hit with late fees since. The fees should not be charged as I believe they have a scam going with auto pays which those that have set up wouldn't notice as the payments are going through. Also, the fees are there some months, not on others and different amounts when they are charged. I have contacted them but have not heard back.
