This is in response to dispute over money owed to customer. We have tried calling customer and have sent emails stating we would refund money. They have not come in or called. Here are the emails sent to customer Thank you [redacted]
Again the method of payment was credit card. Customer can call in to get refund or stop in. We will not be mailing check. We want something signed stating check was received. We usually do not cut check when method of payment is cc. This is standard business procedure. But we will cut check to appease customer. Thank you!!
