I went to Planet Fitness to cancel my membership by their instructions5/13/Was told I would be charged for one more monthI greed so fine!! However the next billing cycle came and I was charged againI called and followed upMistake made when cancelling membership along with others I was toldThe date was 6/18/I was told the following day that it was settled and would receive refund in next to business daysI still have not received refundI called and talked to Sarah the manager and she said that she would follow up and get back to meI still have not heardVery displeased and eventually I will have to go to my bank and refute the chargeI truly do not think this has been handled with great concern or caring for customerNot a big amount of money but principal
