Had centex home built in 2010 moved in February 2011. Garage door opener installed in Feb. 2011. In March 2013 Garage door started buckling and coming apart. Contacted C&G and serviceman came out and stated the motor on opener as up too high and that may have caused door to come apart. Contacted C&G and stated we need to buy a new door because it is only a year warranty on the door. I contacted [redacted] the manufacturer and they stated it is a limited lifetime warranty. Contacted C and G in June and [redacted] stated the [redacted] would contact their Rep. It is now July 19, 2013 and I contacted C&G G again and was agin told the [redacted] would co tact their rep. And I would hear fro. Them by the close of business. Now our car is trapped in garage because door will not open all the way at all. It seems like my husband and I have been scammed and no e wants to be responsible for their defective door.
