IN RESPONSE TO THE SCAMP TRAILER THE TRAILER WAS BROUGHT IN AFTER THE CUSTOMER DECIDED HE SHOULD STRIP SOME OF THE ORIGINAL GEL COATING ON HIS OWN, WITH PAINT STRIPPER, THIS DAMAGED THE EXISTING SURFACETHE METHOD OF GEL COATING DOES NEED TO BE SANDED TO SMOOTH THE SURFACE THAT WAS
DAMAGED THE CUSTOMER WAS TOLD IT HAD TO BE PAINTED OVER AFTER SANDINGWHICH IT WASHE WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THE GEL COAT WOULD BE BETTER THAN PAINT, I HAVE DOCUMENTATION AS TO THE APPLICATION OF THE GEL COAT WHICH IS SUBLET LABOR AND PAID FOR BY C&H I AM RESPONSABLE FOR SUBLET REPAIRS AND DONT GIVE A CUSTOMER AN INVOICE FROM THE SUBLET PARTY AS FAR AS THE COMMENT" I NEVER WORKED WITH FIBERGLASS" THIS SHOP WORKED WITH MOTOR HOMES AND OTHER FIBERGLASS PRODUCT FOR OVER YEARSI DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE THE AMOUNT OF $AS A REFUND AROSE FROMI WOULD LIKE THIS COMPLAINT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANK YOU
