C-H-B Masonry

I hired [redacted] of C-H-B Masonry to remove three iron grates on the front of my historic 1890 brick house. I had storm windows installed the next day. [redacted] and I agreed he would come back and repair the bricks he broke taking off the iron grates. He would also rebrick the iron grates over the storm windows. He never came back or called. I waited for two hours when he said he would be coming back. I called him. He never returned my call. I paid him $225 in cash when he took the iron grates off. He did a hack job, butchering the front bricks around the windows. He said he did not have his receipt book with him but would bring me a receipt for the cash when he returned. I have pictures showing what a horrible job he did.
