Just was we were leaving on vacation, my wife said she wondered whether our hot water heater was going out Sure enough, once we returned from a week in Florida on a Wednight, we had no hot water at all After my COLD shower the next morning, I stopped into the North Side Plumbing & Heating office early the next morning I was met in the parking lot by a relatively new employee who confirmed the office opened at am I was able to talk to the office manager and he said they were busy, but given my situation he would do his best to try and get someone to our house the same day
They were able to get someone out that afternoon, and installed our new hot water heater Oh happy day You don't know how thankful we were to be back in business!
So thanks to the first rate team at North Side I have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use them and recommend them to others Dave and Nancy
