I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although a simple problem, the billing office for the Doctor must always follow through on issues as we had. The Doctor failed to perform a procedure so he said to reschedule and there will be no charge next time. In a case such as this, we have no recourse as we can not speak directly to the doctor unless we do a actual appointment. It is fully the responsibility of their internal departments to resolve such matters directly with the doctor. "Not being able " to verify this means someone simply did not get thru to the doctor. Nonetheless, I thank both the Revdex.com and C&H for being patient and resolving this to what it should be.
