12/2/& 12/7/I inquired about the completion date since the project appeared to be taking longer than anticipatedSince I had to provide a move out date to Point Ruston Apartment I asked Mr*** if the project would be completed on 1/24/or if I should delay my notice to the apartment complexMr*** assured me it would all be completed to move in on 1/24/

I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate Mr. [redacted]s 25 page response to my initial complaint on 3/4/2017. Suffice to say, I have not had adequate time to review and verify the many components of his response. I will be organizing paperwork and will be in a position to counter his proposed settlement upon actual completion of my condo remodel project.I am currently acquiring bids for issues not completed:touch up paint; incorrectly installed fireplace; hot water tank not accessible; wood floor gap between floor and baseboard;siding damage when front door was installed; guest bath electrical box not centered;missing cabinet kitchen door.

I previously filed a Revdex.com complaint on 3/4/17, #[redacted] regarding remodeling that Mr. H[redacted] performed from mid Oct 2016 - 2/17/17. After receiving the Revdex.com complaint Mr. H[redacted] stated on 4/24/17 he would like to set up a time to complete/fix the issues addressed in my complaint. I responded on 4/25/17 waiting for him to set up a time. I contacted Mr. H[redacted] again on 4/27/17 due to a ceiling leak in the Master Bath. I forwarded pictures to show Mr. H[redacted] the ceiling leak and water damage. I had the ceiling damage looked at and it appears the pipes in the ceiling were not wrapped and no insulation installed in the bathroom ceilings, therefore, pooling and dripping in the ceiling will continue until this is taken care of. Both bathrooms were taken to the studs during the remodel so the pipe wrapping and insulation should have been performed at that time. I again contacted Mr. H[redacted] on 5/8/17 requesting information regarding the city inspections performed for electrical and plumbing that was performed and names of the licensed electricians and plumbers that worked on the remodel since all new outlets, recessed lighting added and new plumbing locations were installed. Additionally, the plumber who I've never met and performed work under Mr. H[redacted]'s contractor's license has since filed a complaint for nonpayment. Per the Uniform Plumbing Code Book 507.4 a drainage pan is to be installed. This was not done. I have paid companies directly for the wood floor, tile throughout unit and fireplace wall, counters/caesar stone, cabinets and plumbing that was not completed by Mr. H[redacted]'s subcontractor. John The Plumber finished on 2/18/17 for $876.80) The fireplace that Mr. H[redacted] connected was not hooked up correctly and Sound Stove performed work to set it up correctly on 3/30/17 for $164.25. I have contacted the city of Tacoma requesting the inspection information since Mr. H[redacted] will not respond to my emails. It appears no inspections were performed. Mr. H[redacted] will need to resolve this.Desired Resolution: Finish the Job.I would like Mr. H[redacted] to contact the City of Tacoma and have his work inspected and to have all repairs from the original complaint completed along with working together with the City Inspector. I have before and after photos to assist in this process.
