I have called Mr [redacted] on three different occasions and have sent E mails asking to schedule a visit to look at the damage so we could get the proper crew over their to do the repairs to both the ceiling and the floorI told him that I would come over at his convenience so that he would not have to take off from work, this included nights and Saturdays he never responded back to me to set up a time so we could look at the damage The windows will be in February 1ST at which time my installer has talked to Mr [redacted] and set up a time to install the windows we have assured him that we would like to take care of the problems and are ready to move on them immediately
