The company commenced an extensive renovation project at my apartment several months ago; however, several tasks remain unfinished. The owner agreed to return to the property and address the outstanding issues. I contacted him by telephone and email on numerous occasions to select a date and time when the company would return and complete the renovation project. He agreed to come on several days, but never showed up.
