The $*** warranty was fully disclosed on the bill of sale and the warranty contract attached to the bill of sale.*** explained that to try to cancel the contract at that late date would be impossible.Monies had already been sent to the
warranty company for the contract, a bank contract had been signed and registered on the vehicle.For the customer to cancel at that late date, the bank contract would have to be cancelled and a new one signed.The banks charge between $***-$*** to do this.The bank registration fee of $*** would have to be paid on the new contract as well.The warranty company would also charge a cancellation feeThe dealership would not presume to cover the cost of these fees days after the purchase considering the warranty was fully disclosed on the bill of sale at the time of delivery.We did, however, as a gesture of good faith, offer the customer a complimentary car detailing and oil and filter changeThis offer still stands

Re: We are not interested in the complimentary car detailing and oil and filter change as this offer does not equal the monetary value of the tire warrantyWhile the tire warranty was disclosed on the bill of sale and warranty contract, it was not presented as something I could opt out ofIt was not presented as an option at the time I signed my contractI was completely unaware that this was in my contract before I signedAlso, when we made our first attempt to reach out to *** about the tire warranty, it was, in fact, within the one month time frame but he did not get back to us until days laterHowever, if the total value of the fee to change my contract is of less value than the price of the tire warranty, I would like to pursue thisThe tire warranty equals $*** + HST but if the bank cancellation fee is $*** and the warranty cancellation fee is less than $***, I would be saving moneyCan you please tell us the exact figures of each fee? I would like to find out exactly how much I could save if I were to change my contract

I'm sorry if I left the impression that to do a buy back on this contract was an option.I regret that, not only the fees but the labour intensity of such a solution is just not feasibleI will reiterate the offer of a complimentary oil change and vehicle detailing
