I am rejecting this response because: I took my car to the *** dealer and they said not the problem they said that when they dropped my tank they cracked or broke a sensor or when that line broke off it caused it not the crack in the neck cause its on outside not the inside of fuel neck

CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO HAVE GAS TANK CLEAN DUE TO CAR BEING VANDALIZED AND OIL POURED INTO TANKVEHICLE WAS TOWED IN GAS TANK WAS REMOVED AND CLEANED AND ENGINE OIL CHANGEDVEHICLE RETURNED WITH MIL AND AN EVAP CODE WAS FOUND, THE GAS FILLER NECK ON THE VEHICLE (THAT WAS NOT REMOVED DURING THE FUEL TANK REMOVAL) HAS A VERY LARGE CRACK ON THE SIDE THAT WAS PRESENT BEFORE THE VEHICLE WAS WORKED ONCUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT THE CRACK WILL CAUSE THE GAS CAP NOT TO SEAL THEREFOR CAUSING AN EVAP LEAK, CUSTOMER REFUSES TO HAVE FUEL NECK REPLACED

I took my car to [redacted] dealer they stated when they removed my tank neck they lost the gas flap from my fuel neck and they said the small crack is on outside of neck and will not effect this and for the engine light on and gas cap word on my odometer it's from when they removed my tank they might of broke one of the sensors on my tank need to have smoke test done and want my car smoke tested never had problems till they worked on my car and I picked my car up thatfirst day and no engine light or words was on my display only thing was I smelled gas really bad so I took my car back next day and the fuel line broke apart in there drive way
