I have yet to receive contact from the company, and quite honestly I do not
want to continue making payments if they are not sending me a letter regarding
the receipt of my payments as well as the fact that they have not acknowledged
my request of a letter in which shows I have contacted them...

and requested for a
payment plan. What else can I do to resolve this matter?
