All of our engines are shipped with a packing list detailing all of the components, warranty, installation & break in instructionsWe spoke with the installing mechanic and he informed us that the customer did not provide him with any of the paperworkHe also told us that he called the customer and was told to use the parts from his original engineWe supplied the customer with the missing parts but we are unable to pay labor because the packing list, warranty & instructions were not read or followed.Thank you,John T***Manager

I HAVE BEEN JERKED AROUND FOR OVER MONTHS SEND A REFUND CHECK TO MY ADDRESS THAT GREG M [redacted] THE RIPOFF ARTIST HAS AND LET ME MOVE ON

As previously stated, This engine failed because it was improperly installedThis engine suffered a lean condition due to improper fuel/ air mixtureThis failure is not covered by the warrantyEvery piston and all cylinders were scoredBecause of the severity of the failure, this engines required a full rebuildThe engine was completed and the customer has been informed of the charges to repair the engineThe engine is ready to ship once we receive payment for the repair of the engine and shipping charges An engine can fail immediately upon start up if the engine was improperly installedAll external components must be installed correctly and working properly including; fuel delivery, timing, ignition, properly sealed vacuum lines & gaskets, cooling system etc The customer was informed of and instructed to correct these issuesWe provide instructions and break in procedures with the engineThese instructions were not followed correctly ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I never got a response in how much it was going to cost to repair the engine, they just kept in saying they didn't know The last two times I called it was called stupid and bigger words and he said that he already sold the motor, if I wanted another one, I had to pay for a new one, and it has to be cash only I didn't get my core back, the way they took it I didn't get my money, motor or core back He never gave me an estimate, so I couldn't agree, he didn't mentioneed it was not coveredI wanted my money back, but since he already sold it, I want my motor back the way he took it, with all the pieces, since is not covered by his warranty Thank you, [redacted] *** Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Message from business is FALSEPlease see attachment1st off the amounts were agreed upon with Greg M [redacted] who stated that it was his fault that the pieces were missing from the motor and also that he was the owner/manage of the companyWe have waited since he approved the amounts since January for our checkHave talked to several times - check is always on its wayThe installing mechanic had and followed all of the instructions and one of your companies [redacted] shipped the Harmonic Balancer and Adapter plateGreg in fact called our Mechanic to let him know that they forgot to put those pieces on the engineThis engine should have been checked out before it was shipped.We do not have miles on the engine yet so therefore we cannot get an activation number for the warranty.There are several business names with this address: [redacted] - Company that overcharged my credit card [redacted] *** Company that wrote the check to my mechanic when he had to replace the failed Cylinder head, [redacted] - company that shipped out the harmonic Balancer and Adapter Plateand of course this company PMCMACHINES where the engine was ordered from.Sincerely, [redacted] ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

To this day there has been no phone call, email, letter, etcinforming me of any progress done to this motorEvery time I call it is a different reason why it is not hereThere has been no communication with the installer All American Marine or myselfI feel the cost is on you for doing the work prematurely without my consentAll I ask is you send my motor to me and void my warrantyI will repair it myself from now onYour warranty policy is useless as well as your customer service.Sincerely,*** ***
