The contract says the job would be completed today, May 13,2019. The workers made 3 visits to install the electrical outlets. The plumbing extends thru 3 kitchen cabinets and makes it impossible to have shelves or drawers as originally planned. The workers installed the base cabinets before installing flooring. Concrete was poured around the cabinets and laminate was installed with gaping seams, visible glue and no moisture barrier. We have not had a kitchen since April 2. that was when the kitchen was demolished. We were promised that the demo would not start until the cabinets were available. The cabinets were ready May 7. The base island cabinet can not be installed on the bad floor. We will need to wait for new flooring, plumbing repairs, quarts measurement and installation. This will not be completed anytime soon.

Dont waste your time with this company. We requested several quotes from companies on Yelp that could repair/replace a 3500 sq. ft flat roof. Since we did not know what needed to be done, we were going to listen to the different recommendations of the roofers. When we initially contacted CID Builders & Developers, the owner, *** asked for our phone number. Once received, he then stated *** would be calling us, "we would love to come out, meet you and price out the project for you." Well that never happened. When we asked if someone had to be at the property for the estimate, he said "Absolutely- please. Unless you're looking for an under $2,000 repair work. Is that the case?" I responded to him, our only concern is the condition of the roof. We are going to let that dictate as to what needs to be done. We are having several roofing companies give us estimates as to what needs to be done and the price. That consensus will inform us of what needs to be done. *** then advised me they have a $2,000 minimum and did we still want an estimate. I explained to him again, yes we wanted an estimate and we were going to let the roof dictate as to what needs to be done. We are not roofers so there was no way for us to determine if the job was going to be $200, $2000 or $20,000. It was at that time CID Builders said "Ok, I think it would be best that you consult with others that have no minimum job first. After you do so, if you feel as if the project can NOT be done under $2k..." Clearly this company thinks our job is a waste of time and does not want to treat us with any importance unless the job is greater than $2000. We will never do business with a company that only wants to give us an estimate after other roofers have determined if is a job that will cost $2000 or more.

We have also read CID Builders and Developers reply message. We have all the emails from this company and would be willing to share it with anyone. Then you can decide for yourself if this is someone you want to do business with. CID Builders and Developers claims we were upset with the $2000k minimum. They like to divert from the true issue which was they wanted other companies to come out and ensure the estimate was over $2000. Only then would CID Builders and Developers be interested in our job. As we explained several times, we are not roofers and we will let the condition of the room determine what needs to be done. A simple fact CID Builders and Developers wants to ignore and divert from. They would rather make up stories or talk about TSA rather than the real issue at hand. This clearly shows how desperate *** is. Personally, we want a company that takes responsibility for their actions...not someone that makes excuses and diverts. If you read their other complaints, you will see a pattern that is concerning.

Below is what is on their website. It should be noted that they will not give free estimates unless the cost of the job is $2000 or more. This is from the owner directly *** "we come out for a FREE estimate ONLY if a homeowner is CERTAIN they're spending over $2k."

We feel his comment speaks for itself and we are not interested in people or a business that are money motivated rather than customer service motivated.
