I called Heat& Air guys company on November 4, 2018 to come out and fix my oil heater burner that was not working. I was told someone will get back in contact with me, which Cavon the tech did and we set up a time and date for him to look at the heater to find out what was wrong and a service call fee $190.00 he came out on November 7, 2018 and told me oil furnace needs cleaning, replaced nozzle, fuel line filter, pump and new gun head and (cad cell). The total amount he charges me for the parts and service was $ 510.00. He didn't have the parts on him so he had to go and get the parts in chester, pa. He did show me one part that was damage. He came back about 20 minutes later which would have taken about a hour because I lived in south philly it takes about 30 minutes up and back if there no rush hour traffic. I did not see any parts in his hand. He did a quick fix on the heater to get it working which only last about two months I call him on again on January 12, 2019 about the same problem, several times which was on a weekend, the answering service page him four times to call but later ,I find out he does work on the weekend only 9-5 weeks day. I call the office on Tuesday waiting for a call from him on Monday which I didn't received the office call me back and said he be out on Thursday January 17,2019 1-3 he show up and told me I need a advance burner control and he will call me the next day which was Friday he never call and I was left without any heat in my house for a week and half. Today is Wednesday January 23, and he has call yet.
