We have completed all the requested items by customer which included several areas of his house (Kitchen, Dining, Family room)Customer came to our shop and observed work in progress,
and we installed all items as he requested days afterWe will be very pleased to gain confidence in case customer lost it for us

I am rejecting this response because: The work was not completed in it's entirety. There are painting issues to a kick board and the cabinets, four doors do not close(self closing hinges) and some doors are not adjusted correctly, trim is missing in some areas, the hardware was not installed, ( I had to have someone else do it), there are problems with the drawers, some do not open without using some force others, including the NEW section, open by themselvesThe new unit is not the correct type of wood.
All in all, I am pretty disappointed. I gave the company a chance to come make the necessary corrections and they left saying they were done and are pressing me for the payment. Certainly they would have made sure that all these issues were cleared up prior to asking for the money but they did not. It is obvious I made a mistake in hiring this company, I have not received what I contracted them for.
