have lived at property for over 1yr, never been late on rent, yet always get late notices and eviction notices due to either fraud or bad bookkeeping, every month get a notice we owe something, then I have to dig up reciepts to prove it paid, even after I prove its their mistake, the mgr does not apologize but instead argues with tenants and same thing happens every month since this new mgr started, named LORRAINE , now I go to pay rent on time and drop it in dropbox due to I work nights, now mgr has drop box blocked off stating no payments will be accepted, must bring in office tomorrow (12/which will make rent late) this lady wakes up looking for confrontation, I know corporate has to notice the large number of now empty units they haveget rid of this mgr before she makes everyone leaveit is really sad because I like the apartments but rude and bad bookkeeping and mgr lying to get ppl to renew lease she just mentions the "rent' portion then u sign lease and find out ...oh u also have to pay water, renters insurance and taxes....which is not a problem if mgr had not gotten ppl to sign under pretense that rent would be total x amt....I think this is clear fraudDO NOT MOVE HERE; IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, AT LEAST UNTIL MGR LORRAINE IS GONE...even the maintance men are quitting
