The contractor (CJ Electrical)failed to correct a ground impedance issue with a new electrical system installed.
On 5/22/2014 CJ Electric came to repair a ground impedance issue with a new electrical system he installed. Ground impedance issues can only be detected by ground loop testers. Employees of CJ Electric replace some of the plugs, and worked on the circuit breaker box. However they could not correct the ground issue. When asked if they could test the system. They said it would not pass, the issue was not corrected. When speaking to the owner of CJ Electric he denied that there was an issue. I asked him to test the circuit for me to show no issue with the ground and he refuses.
