The hat's employees were very rude to us, especially the manager. All we wanted to do was order a grilled cheese sandwich with ham, and they refused to give us one, even though "grilled cheese sandwich" is on the menu and they have ham. They wouldn't even give us a side of ham. The Hat makes at least 10-20 dollars an order and they can't even give a customer a slice of ham? Plus instead of apologizing for their lack of common sense, they were very rude about it. As a place that makes food, they should be accommodating to the customer at the very least for simple requests. It's not like I asked if they could make me sushi when they clearly don't have sushi.As just about every restaurant will bend a little to help their guests, especially if they have special needs such as dietary requirements, I find this extremely appalling.
