Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have simply stated exactly what I did originally. I have tried to make arrangements with them and they turned it over to collections while I was attempting to negotiate directly with them. Now the collections company has reported against my credit even though I have called several times to discuss a resolution. The owner will not/has not even spoke to me on the phone. I have made many attempts to work through the matter with them directly and they asked me to stop calling.Regards,[redacted]
